A:The working principle is that the gas is mixed with air during transportation to the combustion chamber and ignited with a spark or pilot flame.
Q:How to calculate the gas consumption of an industrial gas burner?
A:(Power[kw] x 3.6) / calorific value of gas [MJ/m3n].
Example:
●Required burner power = 7,220 kW
●The calorific value of natural gas=35.8 MJ/m3n
→Gas consumption = (7,220 kW x 3.6)/35.8 MJ/m3n = 726 m3n/h
