How to control the nitrogen oxide (NOx) content of the boiler?

From the point of view of the mechanism of NOx generation, the technology of controlling NOx in oil/gas boilers is also mainly focused on two directions:
1. Reduce the combustion flame temperature.
2. Reduce the oxygen content.
Therefore, an important measure to inhibit the formation of nitrogen oxides is to start from the burner.
So what is a low nitrogen burner?
Low-NOx burners are burners that emit low levels of NOx when the fuel is burned. Conventional natural gas boiler burners usually emit around 120~150mg/m³ of NOx. Low NOx burners usually emit NOx in the range of 30~80mg/m³. Burners with NOx emissions below 30 mg/m³ are often called ultra-low NOx burners. The essence of any low-NOx combustion technology is to control the combustion process.
Based on more than 20 years of research and development experience at Zhengzhou Bona Heat Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. , it is not enough to simply replace or retrofit the burner, but it is also necessary to upgrade the combustion control device in order to truly achieve sustainable and reliable low-NOx combustion in industrial boilers.
