Iranian customers come to China to look for suitable burners for aluminum melting furnaces

Iranian customers made a special trip to the Bona Thermal Energy burner production plant to find an efficient combustion system that can adapt to their aluminum melting furnace. After in-depth communication and technical evaluation, the Bona Thermal Energy team proposed a customized flat flame burner solution based on customer needs, focusing on optimizing the flame shape, corrosion resistance and intelligent control functions to ensure stable and uniform heating effects in high-temperature aluminum melting environments while reducing energy consumption and emissions.

The burner uses swirl diffusion technology to accurately adjust the flame diameter (1.5-3m) and thickness (<300mm), effectively avoiding local overheating and oxidation of aluminum liquid.
